The video shows real gameplay with all the frustration and honest opinions.

First Impression ScarFall 2.0 TDM

Starting ScarFall 2.0 TDM after playing BGMI and PUBG Lite creates immediate comparison thoughts.

Game Modes Available:

ScarFall 2.0 offers TDM mode on different maps including Mumbai, Snow Park, Goa, and Andaman. Most players are playing Mumbai map which seems to be the popular choice.

Device Testing:

Testing was done on ROG Phone 5, a high end gaming phone. This ensures any performance issues are due to the game itself, not device limitations.

Beta Version Notice:

The game shows beta version status. Many features and issues might improve in future updates as the game is still in development phase.

Initial Setup:

Before starting matches, the game offers feedback survey asking about controls, graphics, character movement, and overall experience. This shows developers are actively collecting player opinions.

Solo vs Squad:

Currently TDM mode only allows Squad play. No Solo or Duo options are available, meaning you must play with teammates every match.

Lobby Issues:

During testing, lobby kept changing multiple times before matches started. Sometimes it took 44 seconds or more just to find a match.

Sound Glitch:

A major bug occurs where game sound completely disappears after entering lobby. The sound comes back eventually but creates annoying interruption.

Gun Damage and Shooting Problems

The biggest issue with ScarFall 2.0 TDM is the weapon damage system which feels completely broken.

Damage Feels Wrong:

Enemies kill you in just 2 bullets while you need to shoot them 5 to 7 times before they die. This creates extremely unfair feeling during every fight.

Level 3 Helmet Problem:

Opponents seem to be wearing Level 3 helmets and vests constantly. Even when shooting enemies multiple times in the head, they don’t die quickly.

Your Bullets Don’t Register:

Many times bullets feel like they are not even hitting the enemy properly. You shoot clearly at someone but the damage doesn’t show.

Enemy Kills You Instantly:

Meanwhile, enemies kill you in 2 shots consistently. This makes the game feel completely unfair and frustrating.

Multiple Match Testing:

This wasn’t just one bad match. After playing 6 to 7 matches, the same damage problem happened every single time. Either the damage system is broken or something is seriously wrong.

No Kill Satisfaction:

When you finally kill someone, it doesn’t feel satisfying because you had to use so many bullets. In PUBG or BGMI, 5 to 7 bullets would easily kill someone.

Gun Feel is Dry:

The guns feel very dry when shooting. There’s no weight or impact feeling. It’s like shooting a toy gun instead of a real weapon.

Controls and Gyroscope Problems

Control responsiveness and gyroscope sensitivity create major gameplay problems.

Gyroscope is Too Loose:

The gyroscope control feels very loose and slow. When you move your phone to aim, the response is delayed and not accurate.

Scope Aiming Issues:

Using scopes becomes very difficult because of bad gyroscope. Even when aiming at enemies, the crosshair movement feels weird and slow.

Touch Not Registering:

Sometimes the screen touch doesn’t register properly. You tap the fire button but nothing happens, causing you to die in fights.

Controls Feel Tight:

Overall controls feel very tight and restricted. Movement doesn’t feel natural or smooth like in PUBG games.

Crouch Button Missing:

Finding the crouch button takes time. The button layout is not very clear or organized like other battle royale games.

Button Response Delay:

There’s a small delay between pressing buttons and action happening in game. This delay becomes very noticeable during intense fights.

Needs Improvement:

During the feedback survey, I had to select “Needs Improvement” for controls because they really need major fixes.

Graphics and Map Design

Visual quality and map layout create mixed feelings about the game’s presentation.

Graphics Quality:

The graphics are actually next level good. ScarFall 2.0 looks visually impressive with detailed environments and good lighting.

Too Many Buildings:

The map has way too many tall buildings everywhere. This creates problems because you can’t see enemies properly and everything feels cluttered.

Hard to See Enemies:

Because of all the buildings and visual clutter, spotting enemies becomes very difficult. You often get shot from places you can’t even see.

Building Design:

Giving such tall buildings in TDM map was not a good idea. Simple flat areas or normal houses would have been much better.

Map Layout Feedback:

In the survey, I rated map layout as “Average” because while it looks good, it’s not practical for TDM gameplay.

Visual vs Gameplay:

The game looks beautiful but beauty doesn’t help when you can’t find enemies or navigate the map easily.

Sound Quality Comparison

Audio quality makes huge difference in shooter games, and ScarFall 2.0 has serious sound problems.

Dry Gun Sounds:

Gun sounds are very dry and weak. There’s no bass or power in the shooting sounds. It feels like shooting toy guns.

No Impact Feel:

When bullets hit, there’s no satisfying sound effect. Everything sounds flat and boring.

PUBG Lite Has Bass:

Comparing to PUBG Lite, where gun sounds have proper bass and impact, ScarFall sounds very weak.

Sound Direction Problem:

You can’t tell where enemy shots are coming from. The directional audio is very poor, making it hard to locate enemies by sound.

Survey Feedback:

I rated in game sounds as “Average” in the feedback because they really lack the punch that shooter games need.

Needs Complete Rework:

The entire sound system needs complete improvement. Gun sounds, impact sounds, everything feels weak.

Still Works Without VPN:

PUBG Mobile Lite still works fine without any VPN. The game keeps getting small updates and remains playable.

Graphics Comparison:

While PUBG Lite graphics look a bit older (like 2010 to 2012 era games), they are clean and clear. Everything is easy to see.

Gun Feel is Better:

The moment you pick up guns in PUBG Lite TDM, you can feel the difference. Guns have weight, impact, and proper sound.

Gyroscope Works Properly:

Gyroscope in PUBG Lite works perfectly. When you move phone to aim, the crosshair follows exactly as expected.

6x Scope Test:

Testing AKM with 6x scope in PUBG Lite shows how smooth the aiming is. Gyroscope is properly set and responsive.

When you shoot enemies, they die in reasonable number of bullets. The damage system feels balanced and fair.

Overall Feel:

Why It’s Better:

Even though PUBG Lite is older game, the basic mechanics work better than ScarFall 2.0 current state.

Detailed Problems List

After 6 to 7 matches, here are all the major problems found in ScarFall 2.0 TDM.

Damage System:

Controls:

Touch response is delayed. Buttons sometimes don’t work when pressed. Layout is confusing and not intuitive.

Dry gun sounds without bass. Can’t tell direction of enemy fire. No satisfying impact sounds.

Bike fuel runs out in seconds. Vehicle controls feel stiff. Not smooth to drive.

Final Honest Opinion Which is Better

After playing both games back to back, here’s my complete honest opinion.

ScarFall 2.0 Current State:

The game has very good graphics and looks impressive. But playing it is very frustrating because of damage problems, control issues, and weak sounds. It feels dry and not satisfying.

PUBG Mobile Lite:

Even though it’s older and graphics are not as good, PUBG Lite TDM is much better to play. Everything works properly and feels good.

The Real Problem:

ScarFall 2.0 biggest problem is the damage system. Fix that and improve controls, and the game could become good.

My Rating:

For TDM mode specifically, PUBG Mobile Lite is clearly better right now. ScarFall 2.0 needs major updates before it can compete.

Future Potential:

ScarFall 2.0 can become good if developers fix all the problems. The game has potential but needs a lot of work.

Current Recommendation:

If you want good TDM experience now, play PUBG Mobile Lite. If you want to support Indian gaming and can handle problems, try ScarFall 2.0 and give feedback.

PUBG Mobile Lite is no longer officially available on Play Store in most regions. If you already have it installed, you can still play.

Final Words

ScarFall 2.0 TDM looks very good but plays very badly right now. The damage system is completely broken, controls need improvement, and sounds are weak. PUBG Mobile Lite, even though older, is much better for TDM because everything works properly.

My honest advice is wait for ScarFall 2.0 to get major updates before playing seriously. Right now, too many problems make it frustrating. If developers fix damage, controls, and sounds, the game could become really good.

For now, PUBG Mobile Lite remains the better choice for Team Deathmatch mode.
